Creative, watchful, resilient and amused

Daughter of secrets and silence

Lover of irony, harvest moons and hugs

Who feels grateful, strong and happy just to be here

Who finds happiness in a full pen flying across an empty page

Who needs a safe place to be alone

Who gives the world memorable characters and a much-needed distraction

Who fears not as much as she used to

Who would like to see the end of hate, ignorance and awful movies

Who enjoys a good glass of wine and an even better joke

Who likes to wear all things soft against her tender skin
